East Meadows Apartments

East Meadows, Phase II is a 119-unit, wood-framed, garden style complex located in San Antonio, Texas constructed as part of a three-phase redevelopment initiative funded through the HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (CNI) Implementation Grant.

The new 126,058-square-foot rental development is located north of Hays Street, between Hudson Street and Walters Street, on an site covering 4.79-acres. The project is comprised of 12 three-story garden style buildings and 8 two-story townhome buildings, including 145 parking spaces. The 20 buildings are wood framed structures, finished with a mix of stucco and fiber cement siding.

This project also included a separate contract for public improvements which required the complete removal and re-build of the surrounding road infrastructure including replacement of all utilities.
