Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the 117,000-square-foot build-to-suit manufacturing headquarters for Enduro Systems, Inc., located in Houston, Texas within the Central Green Business Park.

In the addition to the 107,000-square-foot manufacturing floor and warehouse, 10,000 square feet houses the firm’s corporate and administrative offices. The exterior of the facility was constructed of painted tiltwall panels accented by colored reveals and three glass storefront entries. The 24′ clear height throughout the manufacturing area and two truck docks facilitate the movement of raw materials and finished goods
