Ensemble Senior Apartments
The Ensemble Apartments Project included a rebuilding and modernization of a 296,400-square-foot, 11-story senior living apartment located in San Antonio, Texas.
Known as the last notable project of renowned architect Walter W. Ahlschlager, Sr., these newly renovated apartments feature 300 units ranging from one to two bedrooms and include amenities such as a theater room with seating for up to 12 people and a full bar, a library, recreational center, a fitness center, two cafes along with a full chef’s kitchen for serving entrees to residents, and laundry facilities on every floor.
