Flextronics International

Cadence McShane Construction Company was selected to complete the 292,000-square-foot build-to-suit office and tech center complex for Flextronics International in Plano, Texas. Flextronics, one of the largest electronic components manufacturers in the world, selected this 20-acre site for its corporate campus.

Each Flextronics International building was constructed with a tiltwall panel exterior that features aluminum storefront entries, ornamental canopies and clerestory windows around the perimeter. Cadence McShane also constructed a connecting full window wall corridor to provide an environmentally controlled material transfer process between the two buildings.
