Cadence McShane Construction Company was selected to provide construction management services for Ford Motor Company’s High-Velocity Parts Distribution Center facilities located in Fort Worth, Texas.
The building features a 30′ clear height to accommodate the extensive racking systems that house approximately 31,000 square feet of Ford’s fastest moving auto parts. The 252,000-square-foot facility located within the Alliance Gateway Business Park in Fort Worth, Texas. The sizable shipping and distribution operations are facilitated by 15 external docks and one drive-in door.
