Cadence McShane Construction Company provided the customized tenant improvement services for the 253,838-square-foot office and distribution center for Forum Energy Technologies located in Houston, Texas within the Guhn Road Distribution Center previously completed by Cadence McShane. Forum Energy Technologies is a worldwide provider of mission-critical products and services to the global energy industry’s drilling, production and infrastructure segments. The facility provides convenience to the city of Houston, the Port of Houston and destinations throughout Texas via direct access to Houston’s Beltway 8 and Highway 290.
The facility features a 30′ clear height, 53′ x 50′ typical bays, 68′ staging bays, 52 external truck docks and generous trailer parking. The building was constructed of tiltwall panels with painted exteriors and complementary accents.
