Cadence McShane Construction Company completed construction of Westport 3, a 365,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility for Hillwood Development Company in Haslet, Texas. Prior to completion, the entire facility was leased to General Mills for the warehousing and distribution of various cereals and packaged food products.

The facility began as a speculative project and was constructed simultaneously with the adjacent Westport 4 property occupied by SC Johnson. The warehouse and distribution facility was constructed of a tiltwall exterior and offers 36 dock doors and exterior trailer parking for 75 additional trailers.
