Golden Triangle Mall
Cadence McShane Construction Company completed construction and renovations to Golden Triangle Mall located in Denton, Texas. The renovation project was done in three separate phases, all completed by Cadence McShane.
The interior renovations to the mall included the addition of a food court and restaurant space for a future tenant. The exterior improvements included modifications to the main entrance to allow better traffic flow by adding additional exit lanes. In the parking lot, Cadence McShane relocated existing parking islands to allow for a revised parking layout. Existing asphalt paving was removed to create new retail space, and the existing storm, sewer, and water lines were extended to the new pad.
