The Goodwin Apartment project is a five-story, wood framed, 364-unit East Austin multi-family infill redevelopment located at 3706 Goodwin Avenue, near Airport Boulevard. The project includes a wrap precast garage as well. The site, consisting of approximately 3.74 acres, is an urban infill project currently zoned for a general commercial services-mixed use-vertical mixed use building.
