IDEA Hardy

Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of IDEA Hardy in Houston, Texas on behalf of IDEA Public Schools.

The two-story building incorporates 76,000 square feet with a masonry, fiber cement panel, and composite wood siding exterior. The project was constructed on a 15.5-acre site and includes classrooms and science laboratories, a full-sized cafeteria with a commercial kitchen, administrative and support spaces, and a competition gym. Outside, the campus features a soccer field, outdoor eating areas, and a surface parking lot.

As part of the assignment, Cadence McShane also performed site work, including two detention ponds, site grading, utilities, and landscaping.
