James Patterson Elementary School
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the completion of the James Patterson Elementary School, a 120,000-square-foot educational facility located in the growing community of Richmond, Texas.
The Fort Bend ISD elementary school features the new construction of a two-story and LEED-Certified facility, positioned on a 13-acre site. The new classrooms were constructed to meet the Texas Education Agency classroom size requirement. Cadence McShane also completed sitework such as the parking lot, landscaping and irrigation system.
Cadence McShane implemented successful strategies to maintain good site housekeeping so as not to disrupt the adjacent neighborhood during construction.
