The facility features a total of 82 units and has upscale furnishings and finishes that are incorporated within the 22 units designed for memory care and 60 assisted living units. The two-story facility features steel construction with an accented natural stone and stucco exterior. Cadence McShane provided sitework that included landscaping, sidewalks and parking for 43 vehicles.
