Legend Oaks

Cadence McShane completed the Legend Oaks project for Legends Three, LLC, a new 28,900-square-foot office building located in Austin, Texas. Designed by Ellen Hunt Architect, Inc. and Katheryn Lott Architect, this three-story spec office facility is constructed with steel framing, and the exterior features masonry and cut limestone. The office building was constructed and prepared to utilize solar power.

Cadence McShane also completed the site work for the project including surface parking totaling 73 parking spaces, with additional parking on the first floor of the office building.
