Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed the construction for Koll Development on the new 315,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters facility in Ennis, Texas for National Envelope Corporation, the largest privately-owned envelope manufacturer in the world. The facility is situated on a 29.4-acre site and combines National Envelope’s manufacturing operations from Grand Prairie and Corsicana, Texas.

The 170,000-square-foot manufacturing component houses the folding, pre-press and printing equipment. The 104,500-square-foot warehouse component contains both printing supplies and finished products. The building itself was constructed of tiltwall panels with a painted exterior and features a 32′ clear height, 16 external docks, and one drive-in door.
