New Braunfels High School & Unicorn Stadium

Cadence McShane Construction Company completed additions and renovations to New Braunfels High School and Unicorn Stadium. The single-story high school and its adjacent stadium sit on 56 acres in New Braunfels, Texas. Their renovations were completed simultaneously in three phases to ensure an on-time completion of the project.

Phase I consisted of demolishing the existing stadium, landscape and hardscape components. Phase II consisted of renovating the school in three sub-phases, sectioning off parts of the school to replace the existing facility’s restrooms and storefront entrance, remove and replace the existing roof and add additional small alternate buildings. Phase III consisted of stadium improvements including new bleachers, new concession stands, restrooms, storage and a ticket booth, and the rehabilitation of roadway pavement. Cadence McShane also completed sitework that included parking, roads, fencing and landscaping.
