North Lake College – South Campus
Cadence McShane Construction Company was selected as the construction manager at risk for the North Lake College – South Campus 33,278-square-foot educational facility, located in Irving, Texas. The new two-story building serves as a satellite facility for this growing community college system.
The campus is situated on 11.72 acres and includes 20 classrooms, three contemporary computer labs, a GED testing suite, a library, a book store, and administrative areas. Also included in the new building are study lounges, a law enforcement office, vending areas, and a large multi-purpose room. The facility features a masonry and stone exterior with metal panels.
