Cadence McShane completed construction on the Oakdale Distribution Center, a 401,557-square-foot spec warehouse and distribution building in Grand Prairie, TX. Constructed on behalf of Port Logistics Realty, the development involved the construction of a single-story, tilt-wall shell building with office and warehouse space on a 24-acre site
The distribution center is constructed in a cross-dock configuration with a 32-foot clear height featuring 80 dock-high doors, four drive-in loading bays, a 185-foot truck court with 107 trailer positions, an ESFR sprinkler system, and six office spaces to-suit. The site also has parking for 180 cars.
