Plano East Senior High School

Cadence McShane is performing a 35,000-square-foot addition and 7,000 square feet of renovations at Plano East Senior High School. Athletic enhancements will consist of the construction of two new gyms, a new athletic building, and the renovation of existing locker rooms. Site improvements will include the relocation and replacement of tennis courts along with upgrades to baseball/softball facilities.

Significant HVAC improvements, restroom upgrades, and enhancements to the campus chiller plant and control systems are also included. Interior upgrades extend to ceiling and lighting improvements across multiple campus buildings.

Additional scope includes the installation of LED lighting for auxiliary athletic fields, expanded water access to the Student Activity Center, and campus-wide safety and security updates. The project also incorporates enhancements to academic programs, including an expanded Consumer Science Lab for the CTE program, as well as the construction of a new marching band tower.
