Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services to Port Crossing’s Building 3, a 261,630-square-foot industrial warehouse facility located in La Porte, Texas. Cadence McShane previously completed Buildings A4 and B5 at Port Crossing. Building A3 was constructed on a 12.1-acre site offering immediate access to the Rail Logix/Union Pacific Railroad located within Port Crossing, a 300-acre commercial and industrial park.

Cadence McShane completed Building A3 with a 30′ clear height, 66-foot staging bays, 47 loading doors, 16 rail-served doors, two grade level ramps and 68 designated trailer parking spaces. The facility features a textured tiltwall panel exterior, ESFR sprinkler system, build-to-suit office areas and 21 employee and visitor parking spaces that are expandable to 50 spaces.
