The Preserve at Mustang Creek is a 252-unit affordable housing community in Round Rock, Texas. The thoughtfully planned community integrates three-story garden-style apartment buildings centered around a clubhouse. Units are offered in one- to four-bedroom floor plans, providing high-quality housing options for households earning 30 to 60 percent of the area median income.
