The 159-unit assisted living center was constructed with a wood and steel frame complimented with brick accents on the exterior. The multiple three-story buildings features one- and two-bedroom independent living units and an assisted and nursing care building on-site. Renaissance Assisted Living amenities include a large reception area and clubhouse, a recreation facility, and a pool and spa area.
