Richardson ISD Multi-Campus Renovations

Cadence McShane served as construction manager at risk for a portion of Richardson ISD’s bond program, completing renovations, improvements, and additions across 14 educational facilities throughout the district.

Working with multiple design partners, Cadence McShane completed renovations at Lake Highlands and Richardson High Schools and Merriman Park Elementary School in collaboration with Corgan Associates. Additional campus improvements were completed with PBK at the administration office and annex, Forest Lane Academy, Moss Haven, Northwood Hills, and O. Henry Elementary Schools, as well as J.J. Pearce High School.

In partnership with Perkins+Will, renovations were also completed at Dartmouth Elementary School and the natatorium at J.J. Pearce High School.
