Richardson ISD Summer 2014 CMAR Projects
Cadence McShane Construction Company served as construction manager at risk for a portion of Richardson ISD’s significant 2011 Bond Program. Renovations, improvements and additions on 17 educational facilities were completed within the district during the summer of 2014.
Cadence McShane, worked with Perkins+Will to complete renovations at Brentfield Elementary School and additions and renovations to White Rock and Richland Elementary Schools. Cadence McShane worked with PBK to renovate and upgrade Big Springs Elementary and add an addition and improvements to Wallace Elementary School. Working with Corgan Associates, auditorium renovations were completed at Berkner and J.J. Pearce High Schools, and additions and renovations were completed at Forest Meadow Junior High and Dover, Merriman Park and Mohawk Elementary Schools.
