Scottsdale Crossing Technology Center
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for Scottsdale Crossing Technology Center, a master-planned business park located in Cedar Park, Texas. The 120 acre park features landscaped drives and has convenient access to over 1 million square feet of nearby retail and restaurants.
Cadence McShane has completed the construction of Building One, a 27,500-square-foot research and development lab facility for Dana Labs, an automobile transmissions company. The facility construction consists of a tiltwall panel featuring aluminum windows, overhead dock doors and a 5:1,000 parking ratio.
Building Two was also completed by Cadence McShane, which included the new construction of a 23,000-square-foot steel frame office building and single story tiltwall production facility with tenant improvements for the North American headquarters for Voltabox, a battery manufacturer based in Germany.
In Phase III of Scottsdale Crossing East, Cadence McShane constructed two tiltwall warehouse buildings, 25,000 square feet and 30,000 square feet, originally as speculative spaces. During construction, one of the buildings was purchased by RC Billings and the exterior was redesigned with high end finishes.
