Cadence McShane provided design-build construction services for Skyline Commerce Center. Located in Mesquite, Texas, the development incorporates two Class A industrial buildings totaling 198,109 square feet.

Building 1 incorporates 135,396 square feet, divisible to 40,000, with a 32′ clear height, 260′ building depth, 50′ x 52′ bay spacing and office space to-suit. The building also offers 23 truck docks, one drive-in door, 12 trailer parking stalls, 133 car parking stalls and ESFR sprinklers.

Building 2 is 62,713 square feet, divisible to 15,000, and offers a 28′ clear height, 150′ building depth, 50′ x 52′ bay spacing and office space to-suit. Additionally, it provides 18 truck docks, two drive-in doors, 122 car parking stalls and ESFR sprinklers.
