Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the Texas A&M Performing Arts Center, a 52,000-square-foot facility located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The performing arts center serves the university faculty, students and the entire Coastal Bend community.
The performing arts center and three-level concert hall features a dramatic 50-foot glass curtainwall that overlooks both the bay and the city skyline. The performing arts center can accommodate 1,500 guests surrounding the stage by a tiered balcony system that allows seating above and behind the spacious orchestra area that seats 85 musicians.
