Turnpike West Warehouse

Cadence McShane Construction Company completed construction on the 259,672-square-foot Turnpike West, a speculative warehouse shell for future tenant occupancy. The structure is a painted precast panel and structural steel building with some aluminum storefront and stone veneer wrapped columns at the main entry.

Cadence McShane also completed the sitework, which included landscaping and irrigation, a fire lane, parking and loading dock paving, as well as retaining walls along three sides of the perimeter property line. All new site and building utilities were built with necessary connections to city utilities.
