Cadence McShane Construction Company has completed Villas at The Rim, a 900,000-square-foot multifamily apartment complex located in the La Cantera area in San Antonio, Texas. The development is on a 45-acre site.

The 427-unit apartment complex is comprised of two residential buildings with two full building wrap parking garages that holds a total capacity of 911 parking spaces. The complex includes a 32,000-square-foot clubhouse and leasing center with high end, resort-style amenities including a full spa, basketball, tennis, volleyball, racquetball, bocce ball, and pickleball courts. Cadence McShane Construction Company utilized stucco and masonry to construct Villas at The Rim.
