Washington Heights Elementary School
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for Washington Heights Elementary School, a 60,000-square-foot educational facility that serves 416 students in Fort Worth, Texas.
The new school was constructed on the same site as the existing below-ground elementary school which includes 21 standard Texas Education Agency classrooms. Also incorporated in the construction of Washington Heights is a media center, gymnatorium, kitchen, cafeteria and a space for administration.
Washington Heights Elementary School received a CMAA Project Achievement Award in the category: Buildings, New Construction: Constructed value less than $25 Million.
