Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of the 170,831-square-foot West Pointe Corporate Center located in Houston, Texas.
The three-story, Class A office facility features a glass exterior that accentuates the building’s aesthetic appeal. The corporate center includes high-end finishes including terrazzo tile throughout the first floor, special paint and techniques on the second and third floors and wood paneling throughout the entire building. Cadence McShane provided sitework including surface parking that supports up to 816 vehicles.
