Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for Woodcreek Apartments, a 76,779-square-foot multifamily apartment complex located in Woodcreek, Texas.
The 72-unit garden-style multifamily project consists of one leasing office building and 5 two-story buildings with 40 one-bedroom units and 32 two-bedroom units. Woodcreek Apartments were built with wood framing featuring a stone and hardie exterior. The multifamily apartment complex was built in phases starting with the leasing office then the apartment buildings, which allowed the client to begin conducting business and lease out the buildings one by one. The sitework included a retaining wall and a retention pond.
