Cadence McShane Construction is excited to announce the promotion of Mr. Richard Segura from his role as Houston Area Safety Manager to Safety Director.
Colby Rose, Vice President and General Manager of Cadence McShane’s Houston Office, recently announced the promotion. “Richard has demonstrated excellent leadership characteristics in his role at Cadence McShane,” states Rose. “He has a clear vision of ensuring safe job sites and recognizes how much safety is valued at our company.”
In his role as Safety Director, Richard’s primary responsibilities will be leading and managing the company’s safety initiatives and loss control programs. Additionally, he will monitor and document the effectiveness of Cadence McShane’s safety program and direct employees in the implementation of this program.
John T. Schmidt, Vice President of Health, Safety and Environmental, states, “Richard has proven to be a key player in the recent growth of the Houston area office.
