Vice President of Risk Management

As Vice President of Risk Management, Colby Rose provides leadership and strategic direction for Cadence McShane’s risk management initiatives. He works closely with executive and operational leaders to support informed decision-making and the evaluation of potential risks across the company’s operations and projects.

With extensive commercial construction experience and nearly two decades with Cadence McShane, Colby has contributed to the successful delivery of a wide range of complex projects and supported company growth across multiple regions. Since 2015, he has played an active role in leadership initiatives involving operations, business planning, business development, and risk management.

Colby attended Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council.
