Rebecca Mansfield
Director of Client Relations
Rebecca Mansfield serves as Director of Client Relations for Cadence McShane Construction, where she is responsible for developing and cultivating strategic business opportunities across the commercial, industrial, and multifamily sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, she brings a deep understanding of client engagement, relationship management, and market development. Rebecca’s professional excellence has been recognized through numerous honors, including the 2011 SMPS Leonardo Award, designation as a 2024 Top Women Leader of Houston, and recognition as a 2024 Diversity Champion Honoree by the Houston Business Journal.
She earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Rebecca also pursued graduate studies in Communications with a concentration in Rhetoric at the University of Texas at Austin.
