Tyler joined Cadence McShane in 2014 and rapidly demonstrated his skilled construction management strengths through the successful completion of several high-profile and diverse construction projects on behalf of the firm.

As VP and Business Unit Leader, Tyler is responsible for the project management teams and associated P&L for a variety of projects across CMC’s geographic and market sectors.  In short, Tyler is responsible for the overall success of the projects under his leadership – from beginning to end.  Beyond working with the project teams to provide ongoing leadership, he serves as the primary liaison between the project management teams and CMC’s senior leadership team and works on key initiatives including strategic business planning, business development and risk management.

Tyler attended Texas Tech University where he received a Bachelor of Engineering. He also brings substantial leadership skills gained through his time in military service which he uses to foster the growth of the next generation of Cadence McShane leaders.
