Westbrook Joins Firm as VP of Preconstruction

Will Hodges, President of Cadence McShane Construction Company, is pleased to announce that Brad Westbrook has joined the firm as Vice President of Preconstruction.

In his role, Brad will lead the preconstruction staff, mentor team members and provide insight from his many years of experience in a variety of market sectors. He will deliver managerial oversight of estimating, preliminary budgeting, bidding processes, prequalification of subcontractors, value engineering and project buy-out.

“Brad’s strong preconstruction skills are crucial to Cadence McShane’s expansion of services,” states Hodges. “We look forward to his leadership as Vice President of Preconstruction and his role in the continued growth and success of the firm.”

Brad comes to Cadence McShane with a wide array of past experiences, working on a variety of projects spanning his career which include numerous schools, aquatic centers, technology centers, as well as science and engineering facilities.

His experience includes new construction projects along with renovation projects. Brad has worked on multiple renovation projects spanning over 252,000 square feet and budgets that exceed $20 million.

Brad holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also an active member of TEXO (Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter of AGC).
