Cedar Park, Texas – TIG Real Estate Services, Inc. is partnering with Studio 8 Architects and Cadence McShane Construction to design and build the new Scottsdale Crossing Buildings E & F in Cedar Park, Texas.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on Thursday, September 22nd and several key personnel were in attendance including TIG President and CEO, John Walsh III, Executive Vice President, Srinath Pai Kasturi, from Cadence McShane, and architects Robert Byrnes and Caim Navarro from Studio8.
“For the past nine years, Studio8 has been fortunate to collaborate with TIG Real Estate and Cadence McShane on multiple facilities at Scottsdale’s Crossing Technology Center, helping contribute to the on-going success of this technology hub,” said Robert Byrnes, Architect for Studio8.
The project includes two industrial shell buildings reaching a combined 45,000-square-feet. These buildings consist of cold dark shell with two riser rooms, eight hollow metal doors, and five storefronts with six glass doors.
This is the 10th project that Cadence McShane has built for TIG Real Estate Services across Texas, and the 9th in Cedar Park. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2023.
