Jim McShane is the Founder & Chairman of Cadence McShane Construction Company. He established the firm in 1996, upon the acquisition of The Cadence Group, a general contractor with offices in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Under his leadership, Cadence McShane has earned a prestigious reputation as a premier provider of construction management, design-build and general construction services on a local, regional and national basis.

Molly McShane

As Chief Executive Officer, Molly manages the overall operations and resources of The McShane Companies. She focuses on creating, planning, implementing and integrating its strategic direction to achieve operational excellence.

Dan McShane, Esq.

Dan serves as Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel for The McShane Companies. In his role, he coordinates strategic planning and risk management strategies while overseeing the company’s legal matters on a national basis and provides in-house legal advice to the firm, offering guidance in the strategic decision-making process.

Will Hodges

Will Hodges has been in the construction industry since 1989 and assumed the role of President in 2012, charged with the overall leadership of operations. He is focused on the strategic growth of the firm while maintaining a commitment to its customers and employees which has been a hallmark of Cadence McShane.

Bob Galante, CPA

Bob is responsible for overseeing the finances of Cadence McShane Construction Company. He directs the firm’s overall financial planning process and manages the firm’s relationships with the financial community.

Srinath Pai Kasturi, LEED AP

Srinath Pai Kasturi has been in the construction industry since 1997 and joined Cadence McShane in 2002. Srinath oversees the Central Texas division of the firm and works directly with the firm’s executives at each of the offices to expand the organization’s presence in major markets. He is involved in both short- and long-term planning for the firm, participating in and contributing to the overall direction and growth of operations.

Craig A. Morris

Craig Morris is responsible for creating conceptual cost estimates, developing preliminary designs with architectural and other design disciplines, subcontract negotiations and contract awards, project accounting, and implementing the Cadence McShane Quality Assurance Program and Safety Program on each project.

Kevin Gass

As Senior Vice President of Operations for Cadence McShane Construction, Kevin manages the Dallas business unit operations by providing general oversight and guidance to the project management teams. He also serves as a mentor and technical resource to all operations staff and provides leadership through project concerns or risks.

John Schmidt

John Schmidt is responsible for the leadership of the firm’s comprehensive safety program. He ensures that safe and productive working conditions are maintained at each Cadence McShane job site by conducting regular site visits to oversee procedures and serves as the point person for each project superintendent.

Lara Reenan

Lara Reenan is responsible for performing and overseeing the legal functions for the firm including litigation and dispute oversight, dispute resolution, owner contract and subcontract review and drafting, and management of records.

Surbhi Usrey, LEED AP

As Vice President of Preconstruction, Surbhi provides executive oversight of estimating, preliminary budgeting, bidding processes, prequalification of trade partners, value analysis, and project buy-out. She also provides insight from more than 15 years of experience in a variety of market sectors.

Brad Westbrook

Brad Westbrook leads the preconstruction staff, mentors team members and provides insight from his many years of experience in various market sectors. He delivers executive oversight of estimating, preliminary budgeting and bidding processes, prequalification of subcontractors as well as value engineering and project buyout.
